A. مقدمة

"وأترك لكم جميعا الأمرين. إذا كنت تريد أن تتشبث به، وبالتأكيد لكم جميعا لن يضل إلى الأبد. شيئين هو كتاب الله (سورة القرآن) وسنة رسوله (سورة الحديث) ".

1. تعريف اسباب الفروض آل المرأة-

وفقا لجلال الدين السيوطي كما نقلت سعيد عقيل حسين منور، المصطلحات الاسباب الورود يعرف بأنه،

أنه ما يكون طريقا لتحديد المرد من الحديث من عموم أو خصوص أو اطلاق أو تقييد أو نسخ أو نحو ذالك.

"شيء أن يصبح طارق (طريقة) لتحديد القصد من الحديث العام، أو على وجه التحديد، المطلق أو ، وتحديد ما إذا كان هناك المنسوخ (إلغاء) في الحديث". []

الاسباب الورود علم الله الحديث هو:

"إن العلم الذي يفسر أسباب النبي يقول قوله وقال وقته للنبي". []

العلوم الاسباب الورود المرأة أو ، هو العلم الذي يفسر لماذا ولادة الحديث.[]

انه قيل لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم اتوضأ من بئر بضا عة، وهي بئر يطرح فيه الحيضو ولحم الكلب والنتن فقال: الماء طهور لاينجسه شيئ.

"أنه سئل مرة واحدة من قبل شخص حول الإجراءات المتخذة النبي: '؟ هل توان جلب الماء من البئر ، أي الآبار التي تدفقت الدماء، لحوم الكلاب والاشياء الفاسد" أجاب النبي: "الماء هو مقدس، لا الأمر الذي يجعل من غير نظيفة ".

لأن النبي قال أن أي ماء مقدس، لأن هناك سؤال من صديق، حول المياه القانوني مختلطة مع الدم، أطر والبضاعة الفاسدة، وصفت مشكلة في سلسلة من الأحاديث نفسها.]

أمثلة الاسباب الورود آل المرأة التي لم ترد في دائرة الحديث نفسه، ولكن عرف من الحديث الوارد في سنده مكان آخر أيضا مختلفة، والحديث الذي قدمه الإمام ابو ستة (الإمام البخاري في كتاب الإمام مسلم في كتاب الإمارة ، والنسائي في كتاب الله ، وابن ماجه في كتاب) نوايا والهجرة، والذي رواه عمر بن التي لديها وقال أنه سمع النبي يقول:

انما الاعمال بالنيات وانما لامرئ ما نوا فمن كانت هجرته الى الله ورسوله، فهجرته الى الله ورسوله، ومن كانت هجرته لدنيا يصيبها أوامرأة يتزوجها فهجرته الى ما هاجر اليه.

"إن أفعال أنه مجرد تتصرف وفقا لنواياهم. إذا كان أي شخص هجرة إلى الله ورسوله، وهذا يعني الهجرة في الله ورسوله؛ من هو الهجرة الدنيوية كما، ثم سوف تحصل عليه. أو لأن المرأة، ثم قال انه سوف يتزوجها. ثم انتقل شخص ما إلا على ما يقصد في الهجرة]

الاسباب الورود من الحديث، وقد ورد في الحديث الذي يقول الزبير بن بكار في كتاب الاخبارl المدينة المنورة -كما نقلت بواسطة - التي لديها لي (الزبير) محمد بن الحسن، ومحمد بن طلحة بن عبد الرحمن، من موسى بن محمد بن إبراهيم بن الحارث، عن أبيه الذي قال أنه عندما وصل النبي في المدينة المنورة، له مرض الحمى الصحابة في المدينة المنورة. ثم جاء رجل، ثم يتزوج من امرأة. ثم جلس النبي على المنبر وقال:

يا أيها الناس انما الاعمال بالنية. ثلاثا. فمن كانت هجرته الى الله ورسوله، فهجرته الى الله ورسوله، ومن كانت هجرته فى دنيا يطلبها، أوامرأة يخطبها فانما هجرته الى ما هاجر اليه.

"يا رجل، وأفعال حقيقية، الأفعال التي ببساطة عن طريق ثلاث مرات ثم كل من نوايا الهجرة إلى الله ورسوله، ثم هاجر إلى الله ورسوله. وأيا كان نوايا الهجرة بالنسبة للعالم، ثم انه يمكن أن ننظر لذلك. أو كامرأة، وقالت انها يمكن اقتراح. ثم انتقل بالتأكيد شخص فقط لما ينوي الهجرة. "[]

الاسباب الورودمختلف الاسباب الورودآل المرأة-

وفقا لجلال الدين السيوطي، يسبب ظهور الحديث ينقسم إلى عدة أجزاء.

في شكل آيات من القرآن الكريم

ويرجع ذلك إلى انخفاض في آيات القرآن الكريم الذي يحتوي على الشكل العام، ولكن هذا هو المقصود من الآية هو من أهمية خاصة. هذه الحقيقة تتطلب بالتأكيد معلومات أكثر تحديدا، أكثر تفصيلا ويمكن أن يفهم حرفيا من قبل أتباع النبي.]

5. العلاقة الاسباب الورود

الأسباب التي أدت إلى ولادة الحديث وأسباب الانخفاض في آية من القرآن الكريم، لم يتم العثور على جمعية التشابه بينهما في بعض النواحي.

أ. في جدوى

أن تحدد المعنى المقصود، وتنازل اثنين من الحديث أو تحميل (ابحث عن حيث الحديث أكثر واقعية) عندما يكون هناك خلاف معنى. [32]

ب. آيات من القرآن الكريم لديها أسباب الانخفاض في الآية، فهل الحديث، وقال انه أسباب ولادته. [33]

ج. في نوع من نوع

كما لو كانت الآيات تراجع القرآن سبب ظهور الحديث، أو وجود الحديث كان سبب انخفاض الآيات من القرآن الكريم. وكذلك إذا كان الحديث الذي يظهر بمثابة درس للأصدقاء الذين وكذلك مع آيات من القرآن الكريم. [34]

وهناك أسقطت بعض الآيات كجزء من آية أخرى، ثم كان سببا في ظهور الحديث أيضا هناك والتي هي جزء من حديث آخر. []

6. التاريخ والعلوم بايونيرز الاسباب الورود آل الفقه وكتب الأكثر شهرة من الاسباب الورود آل المرأة-

وقد علم الاسباب الورود آل المرأة طويلة عدها هناك، وقد استثمرت بذور هذه المعرفة في الماضي و صديق. مجرد لم يتم ترتيب ذلك أن العلم منهجي في شكل كتب. []

آل في حي برهان-لها -كما نقلت بواسطة - يحكي قصة المتعلقة كلمة الله الفقرة آل المائدة- بريد إلكتروني،

"وانتم أطيعوا الله وأطيعوا أيها الرسل (صاحب) وحذار. إذا قمت بتشغيل بعيدا، ثم نعلم أن الرسول والالتزامات، هو فقط لنقل (رسالة الله) إلى النور ".

وقال آل: يذكر أن وقدامة بن عمرو بن قال: كان الخمر جائز، وكلاهما تشاجر في الفقرة السابقة، فإنها لا أعرف لماذا هذا الانخفاض في الآية، التي ترفض الواقع رأيهم، وهما ما قاله الحسن وغيره من العلماء التالية:

عندما أسفل الآيات التي تحرم الخمر، والأصدقاء وتساءل:

"ماذا عن أقاربنا الذين لقوا حتفهم، وأنها لم يشرب الخمر، بينما كان قد اقترح الله أن الخمر ممنوع".

لذلك كما خفضت الله في الفقرة السابقة.]

ابتداء من التاريخ، فمن الواضح أن الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو واحد من علوم الحديث التي اكتسبت اهتماما منذ بداية إما من أهل العلم.

وفيما يتعلق متى تبدأ إعداد الكتب المتعلقة بهذا الموضوع، وقال السيوطي بالاقتباس الذهبي وابن حجر الذي ذكر أن هناك بعض الأعمال على هذا الكائن، وهي:

أ. الاسباب الورود آل الحديث، من قبل أبي حفصة العكبري (توفي 399 ه] وكان واحدا من المعلمين أبو يحيى محمد بن الحسين الفرا ل «l وتلميذ واحد من عبد الله بن أحمد بن حنبل (309 ه).]

ب. جريدة البيان وا آل ، عمل إبراهيم بن محمد المعروف شعبيا باسم ابن حمزة الحسيني (1120 ه). طبع في 1329 ه. [40]

ج. الاسباب الورود آل المرأة، يعمل أبو حامد عبد الجليل

د. AL-لمى "فاي الاسباب الورود آل المرأة، عمل السيوطي.

ه. جريدة البيان وا آل Ta'rif فاي الاسباب الورود القاعدة، الحديث الشريف، من قبل أبي حمزة. [41]

آل كما هو والسيد ابراهيم بن محمد بن كمال الدين الشهيرة التي كتبها شو حمزة بن الحسيني، (1054-1120) تأليف كتاب الاسباب الورود آل المرأة من قبل اسمه جريدة البيان وا آل فاي الاسباب الورود آل الحديث الشريف. أبجديا وقد طبع الكتاب في 1329 H في حلب في فصلين كبيرة. [42]

7. إجراءات جيد فهم الحديث

للحصول على رسالة أخلاقية مثالية وشاملة وفقا للظروف وتجنب المخالفات والغش وسوء فهم لفهم الحديث، هناك بضعة أشياء وأحكامها، بما في ذلك تلك المذكورة وسيسيليا سيف الله يوسف في كتابه مقدمة له إلى الحديث ، كما يلي:

أ. فهم أهل السنة وفقا لتعليمات من القرآن الكريم.

من الوصف أعلاه، صراحة أن دراسة الاسباب الورود القاعدة، الحديث أن يكون مهم جدا لتحديد المثالي في فهم معنى الحديث. في الواقع، وليس كل حديث يتضمن الأسباب التفريغ، ولكن بعض الأحاديث التي ذكرتها الأسباب سيوفر مرافق تقديم تفسير معنى الحديث.
